Booking and consultation policy

At Natural Beauty by Helen, we are committed to delivering exceptional, personalised treatments in a relaxed and professional environment. To ensure your appointment is secured and to provide the highest level of service, we kindly ask for the following:

Consultation Fee:

A £20 non-refundable consultation fee applies to the following advanced treatments:

These services require pre-treatment consultation and planning to ensure your treatment is perfectly tailored to your individual needs and goals. The consultation includes a full assessment to confirm suitability and create a bespoke treatment plan.

Patch Testing for Lash Treatments:

Please note that patch tests are required for lash lifts and eyelash extensions, but no consultation fee is charged for these services. A quick patch test appointment will be arranged prior to your treatment.

For all other treatments, a consultation is included on the day of your appointment to discuss your needs and expectations.

Important Note Regarding lash treatment Patch Tests

If your patch test results are negative and we proceed with your treatment, please be aware that—although rare—there is a small possibility of a delayed reaction afterwards. In such cases, I truly sympathise, but the full treatment cost will still apply, as you are paying for the dedicated appointment time and service provided.

Deposits for Treatments:

To secure your booking, a non refundable deposit is required for the following treatments. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost on the day:

£20 deposit for:

Dermalux LED Light Therapy
Eyelash Extensions
LVL Lash Lift
Lash Tinting
Massage
Zen Head Massage
Korean Glass Skin Facial

£40 deposit for advanced treatments:

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule, as I have a tight schedule with clients before and after you. In this case, your deposit fee will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Please be aware that I may not always have availability as soon as you would like, so I kindly ask that you do your best to avoid this.

I will always try best to accommodate changes, but due to high demand and limited availability, please book carefully, as changes may not always be possible.

Out of respect for all clients and to ensure I can give everyone my full attention, I kindly ask that when you arrive, you send me a message to let me know you’re here. I will let you know when I’m ready for you to come in. This helps avoid any disruption in case I am finishing up with another client and allows me to stay fully present in each treatment.

Of course, if you arrive early and I am free, I will happily see you accordingly. I do, however, have breaks that I need to take throughout the day, so I won’t always be able to accommodate clients arriving early.
